the carriage cost will only be charged once at the cost of the largest item, regardless of the number of items ordered.

All orders are subject to availability and where possible will be despatched within 2-7 working days dependent on stock availability. Most UK deliveries are sent by Parcelforce.  To maintain our competitive prices orders maybe dispatched direct from our suppliers. Therefore you may receive separate deliveries.

We want you to be a happy with your purchase, however if you wish to return any item we will forward a prepaid returns label (UK only).

 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
