Help with your order

We want you to enjoy making your selection and be delighted with the purchase of your new garments. This help guide will hopefully answer any questions you may have.  However, if you have any further questions please contact us and we will reply promptly.

Our guarantee

If you are not entirely delighted with your new garments you can return them for credit or exchange. See the returns section below.  If any garment is faulty after use please email details of the problem and we will advise the procedure for returns.

Delivery

All orders are subject to stock availability and where possible will be despatched within 2-7 working days dependent on stock availability. Most UK deliveries are sent by Parcelforce.  Delivery dates will vary at Christmas (click here for details)

For your protection against fraud we can only send garments paid by credit card to the address on your card. However we can send garments to a special address if you pay by cheque and post the payment to us along with the address details. We have to wait for the cheque to clear before sending the goods.

Please note that the Corby Trouser press can only delivered to the UK mainland and Northern Ireland.

the carriage cost will only be charged once at the cost of the largest item, regardless of the number of items ordered.

*Small items include cufflinks, bowties and belts
**Medium items include accessories and shirts
***Large items include suits, eveningwear, trousers, jackets and blazers

Payment

We accept payment in Pounds sterling (£) using Visa, MasterCard, American Express Delta or Maestro. All UK and EU orders will include VAT and our VAT number is GB 829 8677 60.

All payments are made in sterling; we don't accept Euros or US Dollars. However, as a guide, at the checkout you can convert the amounts into Euros or Dollars.

Orders delivered outside the EU will not include valued added tax (VAT) on the costs of the products. Customers may have to pay local import duty once the package arrives. We don't have any control over these charges and cannot be responsible for them.

Our secure, online payments system is provided by Sage Pay.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your new clothing and so if you are not entirely delighted with your purchase you may return the garments for a no quibble refund or exchange. All we ask is that the garments are returned within 28 days unused and unmarked with the packaging, tickets and labels still intact on the garments together with the returns note correctly filled in with your address details.

Without the returns note we cannot credit your account.

All returns from the UK are by FREEPOST. There will be a returns note with your order along with a FREEPOST address label for UK use only.

When sending goods back you need to obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be responsible if any goods are lost in transit to us.

We will also either refund or replace any garment in the unlikely event of a garment becoming faulty after use.
